LMA manager of the year.
Jurgen Klopp was named LMA manager of the year. However it was said if Moyes went all to the way in the Europa League winning he could he had a shout. In fact he would have been the first British Manager to win a European Trophy since 2008 by S.A.F.

In fact Moyes would have joined the "unique" club of Scottish Managers that won a European Trophy, with the like of Jock Stein, Matt Busby, Ferguson, George Graham (Yuk!) and Shankly.

A f**king lost opportunity Moyes!

What about Thomas Frank at Brentford, got them promoted without the massive advantage of the parachute money, whilst having to constantly sell his best players and has comfortably kept them in the premier league, helped by having the foresight to sign Ericson when no one else would touch him! (Think what could have been if Dour Dave had shown this foresight). Klopp, Pep, Tuchal and whoever is at Man Utd don't have to sell anybody.

If Palace give Vieira another CLUB RECORD budget to spend on transfers again, and he finishes top 10, he'll walk this next season.

Yes, that is the nature of cup finals, although they did have to win about 20 games to get to those finals.

No, you didn't suggest anyone, because you know any other choice would be pretty stupid. That's why yours was a pointless comment.

I didn’t suggest any of them three candidates. Or anyone come too that.!

An alternative view is that they have won 2 trophies, and could pick up a third, without winning a game.

Well, this award is decided by managers. Seeing as you think you know better than them, who would you have given it to?

Pep for winning the league (even though they were the favourites by some distance)?
Howe for avoiding relegation after spending £90m?
Moyes for finishing 7th?

Absolutely laughable to suggest any of those achievements match THREE major cup finals and narrowly missing out on winning the league.

Liverpool we’re predicted to finish first or second by everyone. One of the favourites for the Champions League. And only won both cup’s by the lottery that is penalty’s. Now if you’re handling out awards for turning up and doing what you’re pay to do. Then it’s gotten to school sports day level of recognition.

This season Klopp won the league cup and the FA cup, came very close to winning the league and could win the Champions League at the weekend.

What a low bar that is.

Klopp.! The guy can’t even beat other three teams around him. If that’s height the bar been set at. Then the award can’t be that special.?
